Recommended through word of mouth, HB Oak Frames were instructed to erect a new oak frame outbuilding featuring a fully glazed end, to create a light and airy outside office area, in keeping with it’s surroundings.
Within Nick’s beautiful and established walled garden, sat a redundant storage shed. Wanting to make the space more accessible for either working from home or to use as extra space for his family, Nick approached the team at HB Oak Frames to help bring his vision to life.
Once the original outbuilding was demolished, a new oak framed structure was erected in its place using the original foundations.
The install team made sure to involve Nick with the build, taking into account any preferences through every step, to perfectly bring Nick’s vision to life.
The finished office area now feels spacious with it’s vaulted ceilings and a complete glazed front end with views of an old Anglican church. At the other end of the building, a separate shower room, complete with plumbed towel rail, toilet and wash hand basin.
All aspects of this build were undertaken by HB Oak Frames and their trusted sub-contractors, leaving Nick with a turn-key building, which he was then able to start using straight away.
A real bolt hole to relax and get away from it all or a calming space to work from, we hope Nick and his family enjoy their new space.
